What is this project about?

This is a community project where we, the Caring Ladies Group aim to donate approximately RM840 to the orphans at Pertubuhan Pengurusan Rumah Amal Selawat Nabi (PPRASN) that is located at Sandakan, Sabah. The funds that we collect will be contributed to the orphanage for them to buy foods and daily necessities that they are lacking. The target participants of this project are the total orphans living there, which is 30 children. As an insight, we will donate the funds to the PPRASN, Sandakan and they will use it to buy foods such as biscuits and milo, and necessities such as soap and shampoo for the kids.

The reason we raise fund for the orphanage is we want to help reduce the orphanage's expenses since they are an NGO whose funding comes from their pockets and other parties. Other than that we want to expose the children towards the true sincerity of society, make them feel they are not left out, and helping others is a culture not a need.

There are three objectives that this project needs to achieve for a better outcome;

1. To purchase their basic necessities, and food supplies that they lack.

2. To improve the orphans’ and orphanage standard of living. 

3. To share and let them experience the sincerity of society.

Thus, we hope by conducting this project with brilliant success by meeting the donation target, we could help them buy foods and necessities that they are lacking. By doing this will also make the orphans' standard of living improve along with the burden of expenses.

Pertubuhan Pengurusan Rumah Amal Selawat Nabi (PPRASN)

Our crowdfunding is a program that aims to raise funds for Pertubuhan Pengurusan Rumah Amal Selawat Nabi (PPRASN).

PPRASN is a volunteer or non-governmental organization (hereinafter NGO) that provides care, welfare and Islamic education development for orphans. The orphanage was established on the 31st July 2012, and it is located at Taman Sejati, Sandakan, Sabah.

 

 

In its current status, there are a total of 30 orphans living at PPRASN and among them are;

• seven boys in the age of 4 to 6 years old,
• 8 girls around the same age, and also
• 15 orphans that are in secondary school from the age of 13 to 17 years old.

All of the amounts collected from mystartr.com will fully transfer to the orphanage.

Just caring citizens. We go by a group named the Caring Ladies Group. By the name itself, the group consists of five female members who cares about the community and wish to help them.
